Form I (pre-registration)

Thank you for your interest in attending SHAMUN XXV. As part of preparation for this year's conference, we are collecting basic information regarding your delegation as a confirmation of your interest towards our conference. Please fill out the adequate information below, and reply to the corresponding email by June 30th. You are reminded to report information accurately.

- Please note down the full name of the school, campus, and educational stage (middle school, high school, etc.)

- You may provide additional email addresses should your school have a conference email, or your delegation has multiple advisors - If the latter applies, please list the full name and email address of other MUN advisors from your school who will be attending

Finance Contact

- Please write the email address of your school's finance office. - Our finance department would reach out to this email to arrange payments for the conference. No charge will be incurred until delegations formally register in Form II. Participation fees are subject to change and will be determined on the basis of expressed interest from schools and other overhead costs. For reference, the SHAMUN XXIV registration fee for delegates was 500 RMB.

Is your delegation a traveling delegation?

If you visit from outside of Shanghai, we will provide recommendations for hotels, transportation, and accommodations. Visa letters will also be provided upon request.
